A 28-page trade website with a custom admin panel — so a Gas Safe engineer can post completed jobs and watch the gallery and blog update themselves.
TB Plumbing & Gas Ltd is a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating firm covering Essex, Kent and the surrounding areas. They wanted a site that looked genuinely professional, ranked for local searches, and — crucially — that they could keep fresh themselves without paying a developer every time they finished a job.
The brief
A confident, trustworthy site that covers every service and area, makes the Gas Safe credentials obvious, and puts the owner in control of the content.
What I built
Twenty-eight pages, hand-coded for speed and search: service pages, town-by-town area pages, an about page, gallery, blog, reviews and contact. Then the part that makes it different — a custom, flat-file admin panel.
- Log in, add a job — a few photos and a short description.
- It publishes itself — the job lands automatically in the gallery and as a blog post, no code and no waiting.
- No bloat, no fees — it's not a heavy CMS with monthly costs; it's a lightweight panel that does exactly one thing well.

Every page ships with technical SEO and structured data, the area pages target real local searches, and there's a sitemap plus an llms.txt so AI search tools read the business correctly. Gas Safe registration, same-day response, a 24/7 emergency line and guaranteed workmanship are all front and centre to build trust the moment someone lands.
The best trade site is one the owner keeps alive. Every completed job becomes fresh, ranking content — automatically.
