Any website I build and look after on the £50/month plan is guaranteed to score 90 or above on my own public website health checker — the same free tool anyone can run on any site, any time. If your live site ever drops below 90 through any fault of the build or my upkeep, that month's fee is waived and the issue gets fixed. No claim forms, no quibbling: run the check, send me the result.
Why this guarantee is unusual
Most guarantees in this industry are unfalsifiable — "satisfaction", "quality", "best practice". This one is a number, produced by a public instrument, that you can check without asking my permission. The checker runs the same battery of tests our research arm uses on the whole county: availability, HTTPS, mixed content, mobile viewport, structured data, markup age and more. In our July 2026 audit of 421 local business websites, the overwhelming majority couldn't reach the band this guarantee promises as a floor.
It also means the tool that finds problems in other people's websites is permanently pointed at mine. If I let a client site decay, my own checker testifies against me. That's deliberate — it's the strongest maintenance incentive I could design, and it's why upkeep is included in the plan rather than sold separately.
The terms, in plain English
The guarantee covers live websites built by Fisher.digital and hosted on the active £50/month plan. The score is as measured by the public checker at fisher.digital/website-checker on your live homepage. If it reads below 90: email me the result, that month's fee is waived (or refunded if already paid), and the cause gets fixed at no cost. Exclusions are the honest ones: scores affected by changes you or a third party made against advice, hosting outages beyond my control lasting under 24 hours, or deliberate removal of the things that make sites score well. One month's credit per incident; the fix itself is always included regardless. If I ever retire or materially change the checker's scoring, the guarantee holds against the version live at the time of your build or its successor — I don't get to move the goalposts I built.
